Mobile Car Battery Replacement in Dubai

A new battery, matched to your car and fitted where it is parked: at home, at work, in a basement or at the roadside. Tested first, priced before we start, and backed by up to 24 months of warranty.

What's included

One fitted price covers the visit, the battery and the work. See typical costs in our car battery price guide.

  • A technician coming to your car, wherever it is parked in Dubai
  • A battery and charging system test before any recommendation
  • A new battery matched to your car's size, terminals, power rating and type
  • Fitting on the spot, with a start check before we leave
  • Removal of the old battery for recycling
  • Manufacturer-backed warranty of up to 24 months, depending on brand and tier (warranty terms)

How it works

  1. 1

Send your location and car details

Call or WhatsApp with where the car is and its make, model and year. A photo of the battery label helps us bring the exact match.

  2. 2

We test before we touch anything

The technician checks the battery, charging system and connections. If the battery is fine, we tell you.

  3. 3

    You approve the fitted price

If it has failed, you get the full fitted price for the options that suit your car. Nothing is fitted until you agree.

  4. 4

    We fit the new battery

Old battery out, new battery in, terminals secured and the hold-down fixed. We use a memory saver where possible so you keep your settings.

  5. 5

We check and take the old one away

We confirm the car starts cleanly before we leave, and take the old battery away for recycling.

How we choose the right battery

A battery that is the wrong size, type or power rating will either not fit, not last or cause electrical faults. We match four things to what your car was built with:

  • Size and terminal layout, so the battery fits the tray, the hold-down secures it and the cables reach the right terminals.
  • Type: conventional, EFB or AGM. Start-stop cars need EFB or AGM, and AGM must be replaced with AGM.
  • Power: capacity (Ah) and cold cranking amps (CCA) at least equal to the original. The battery glossary explains both.
  • Brand and budget: from premium to value, with the warranty shown for each. Compare them on our battery brands page.

Some cars need a little more: hybrids have a dedicated 12V auxiliary battery, and several European makes need the new battery registered. Our car make guides cover what to expect for yours.

When a replacement is the right call

Replace the battery when a test shows it has lost its capacity, not just its charge. The usual signs are a slow crank, clicking, dim lights when starting, a battery warning light or a battery that needed a jump more than once. In Dubai's heat, batteries often last around three years or less; read how long a car battery lasts in Dubai.

If the battery is healthy but flat, a jump start is enough. If the charging system is at fault, a new battery won't fix it, and we tell you so.

Battery replacement questions

How long does a battery replacement take once the technician arrives?

Most of the time goes on testing and confirming the right battery. The swap itself is quick on cars with the battery under the bonnet, and takes longer where it sits in the boot, under a seat or under the floor.

Will I lose my radio and settings?

Disconnecting the battery can reset the clock, radio presets and some settings. We use a memory saver where possible. A few cars need a relearn step afterwards, which some models require a dealer or specialist to do.

Do you replace batteries on hybrids and electric cars?

Hybrids and EVs have a 12V battery as well as the high-voltage pack, and the type varies by model: some use special auxiliary batteries and some use lithium. Tell us the model and year and we will tell you whether it is a job we can do at your location.

Does my car need the new battery registered?

Many BMW, Mini, Volkswagen Group, Land Rover, Jaguar and Jeep models expect the new battery to be registered with the car's energy management system. Mention your model when you book and we will confirm what your car needs before any work starts.

What happens to my old battery?

We take it away for recycling unless you ask to keep it. Car batteries contain lead and acid, and in Dubai they must go to licensed collectors, not general waste.
