Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or request a car battery or roadside assistance service from us.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any service you request from us. We provide mobile car battery replacement, battery and charging system testing, jump start assistance, terminal and connection servicing, and vehicle recovery arrangements in Dubai and across the United Arab Emirates.
By using this website, contacting us, or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or request a service from us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to request a service. By requesting a service, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or that you are authorised by the owner to have work carried out on it.
3. Requesting a Service
Requests are made by phone or through a messaging application. A request becomes a booking only once we confirm it to you and you accept the quoted price.
So that we can serve you correctly, you agree to provide accurate details, including:
- Your vehicle make, model, and year, and where possible the battery type or code
- Your exact location, including building name, parking level, and any access instructions
- A contact number that our technician can reach you on while the job is in progress
We may decline or cancel a request where the location is unsafe or inaccessible, where the vehicle or the fault falls outside the services we offer, or where the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
4. Arrival Times
Any arrival time we give you is an estimate based on your location, traffic, and technician availability at that moment. We work to arrive within the estimate we give, but estimated times are not guaranteed and are not a contractual commitment.
5. Prices, Quotes, and Payment
Prices depend on your vehicle and on the battery type and tier you choose. We give you the full fitted price before any work begins, and that price is what you pay. No work is carried out until you approve the quote.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices, may change without notice, and do not form a binding offer until confirmed for your specific vehicle.
Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash and card payment on site unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. Where value added tax applies, it is charged in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your Responsibilities on Site
To allow the work to be carried out safely, you agree to:
- Ensure that the vehicle is legally parked and safely accessible to our technician
- Be present, or arrange for an authorised adult to be present, when the technician arrives
- Provide keys, alarm codes, or immobiliser access where these are needed
- Remove valuables from the vehicle and tell us about any modification, aftermarket electrical installation, or existing fault that could affect the work
If our technician arrives and cannot carry out the work because of access restrictions, absence, or inaccurate information, a call-out charge may apply.
7. Testing and Diagnosis
We test the battery and the charging system before recommending a replacement. Testing indicates the condition of the components at the time of the test. It is not a full vehicle inspection, and it cannot detect every fault, including intermittent faults or faults in other parts of the vehicle.
If the fault is not the battery, we will tell you and you are under no obligation to purchase anything.
8. Warranty
Batteries we supply carry a manufacturer-backed warranty of up to 24 months. The exact warranty period depends on the brand and tier of the battery and is stated in your quote before installation.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by an accident, misuse, fire, flood, or physical impact
- Damage caused by a fault elsewhere in the vehicle, such as a defective alternator, a parasitic drain, or incorrect wiring
- Discharge caused by leaving lights, accessories, or the ignition on, or by leaving the vehicle unused for an extended period
- Batteries that have been removed, modified, opened, or serviced by anyone other than us
- Normal loss of capacity over the life of the battery
To make a claim, contact us with your invoice details. We will test the battery, and if it is found to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer terms. Warranty cover applies to the original purchaser and to the vehicle the battery was installed in.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a request free of charge at any time before a technician has been dispatched to your location. If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived, a call-out charge may apply.
Once a battery has been installed and the work has been approved and paid for, the sale is final. Your rights under the warranty described above, and any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, are not affected.
10. Old Batteries
Unless you instruct us otherwise at the time of the job, the battery removed from your vehicle is taken away by us for recycling or disposal, and ownership of it passes to us on completion of the work.
11. Vehicle Condition and Electronics
Disconnecting a vehicle battery can reset stored settings such as radio presets, clock, seat memory, and certain electronic control unit values. Some vehicles require a subsequent relearn procedure by a dealer or a specialist. Where possible we use a memory saver, but we are not responsible for the loss of stored settings, for the reactivation of security codes, or for faults in pre-existing components that appear once power is restored.
12. Limitation of Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of income, loss of use of the vehicle, missed appointments, alternative transport costs, or towing costs that we did not arrange.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
13. Website Content
The content of this website, including guides, price ranges, vehicle and battery fitment information, and articles, is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date, and it should not be relied on as technical advice for your specific vehicle. Always confirm fitment and pricing with us before making a decision.

18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you request a service is the version that applies to that service. The date shown above indicates when these Terms were last revised.
19. Governing Law
